Dugee F Buller, born in Cleveland, moved to dc in 88, and then PG in 99 has had quite a life. But the first thing you should know about him is how to spell his name right. D-U-G-E-E. He puts out music more than people change their underwear and each single, mixtape, and his catalog as a whole gives you insight into his life. His music tells what he may not upon first meeting him because if you ask him about his life he'll say, "it's been crazy. I can't explain life, it's life". He thinks he's not social, though others beg to differ, and puts his story into words, music, and beats. Diverse in musical tastes, he grew up listening to Kool Moe D,as his father has a love for it. With a vast interest in music, his influences range from late 60s rock, 70s hard rock, 80s new wave, and punk rock. His favorite group is Run DMC, and although they had longevity, what he lies most about them is their diversity, and love fore performance. Ask dugee and he'll tell you, "I don't want longevity. I put out music because its what I like to do. I don't even like the studio. I love performing. " His hit performances span from his five Mixtapes, and he has an EP on the way. Three of them, dubbed the Coach Sessions, came from his love of coach shoes. On volume two of The Coach Sessions, he did a little harmonizing, but don't call him Drake, "Man, I was doing this back in '08, when niggas wasn't even singing on tracks. The only nigga I knew doing that was Devin the Dude. But yeah I was harmonizing." He may be shy and laid back, but he's no slacker when it comes to putting the word out about his music. For "The Bong Experience", which he released May 09, he tagged his facebook friends, 800 at the time, to 26 different pictures, where he had links for his music. People started hearing it and commenting, and the feedback from performances solidified that this was something that he really wanted to pursue, and has been his most successful work to date.
